2015 National Coach of the Year and Oxnard College Head Men’s Soccer Coach Ross Greaney grew up in Ventura County California after moving from Ireland at a very young age. At Oxnard Ross has won 9 Western State Conference Titles, 1 State Championship, 10 WSC Coach of the Year Awards, with 14 straight playoff appearances. His players have received numerous All American Awards and one National Player of the Year Award and many Oxnard players have gone on to play professionally following their time at OC. 

Ross is Executive Director of Oaks FC in Thousand Oaks, California. Prior to Oaks, Ross spent time as Technical Director at Santa Barbara Soccer Club, DOC Boys for Eagles Soccer Club, Assistant Coach for VC Fusion 2009 USL D2 National Championship Team, Head Coach for Fusion’s 2008 USL Super 20 team qualifying for the National Championships which they were unable to attend. Ross holds a UEFA A License, USSF A License, NSCAA Premier Diploma, NSCAA Director of Coaching Diploma, KNVB Youth Certificate, has a MBA, and a Masters Degree in Exercise and Sport Science. Ross was the 1997 Gus Donoghue Award Winner for Division I University of San Francisco Men’s Soccer Team and spent time playing semi professionally in the lower divisions of Ireland, England, Germany, USA, and Mexico. Ross and his wife Grace live in Oxnard with their daughter Gemma.
