The Condor Women's Soccer team opened with a resounding 4-0 win over the LA City College Cubs on Friday afternoon.

Freshman defender Brenda Marin opened the scoring for OC with a free kick goal from 20 yards at the 35-minute mark. 

At 43 minutes into the game, sophomore Denisse Garcia (https://www.instagram.com/p/Cwq6s2tAkfK/?hl=en) took over.  Garcia had assists from Carmen Gonzalez, Ashley Viveros, and Natalie Ortiz to score three straight goals. The Cubs had no answers for the forward from Oxnard.

The Condors went to 1-0 on the season and will host Glendale College on Friday, from 1:30.  OC will be hosting a tailgate for the full day of sports.  All interested should sign up here with the QR code.
