Coach Michele Flynn enters this year, as her 5th season coaching women's basketball. Prior to joining the Condors, Coach Michele was Westcliff University's Assistant Coach and Director of Basketball Operations for their inaugural season from 2018-2019. Michele has coached locally at Hueneme High School, 2019-2020 season where they were the Citrus Coast League Champions.  Michele continued her coaching career at Pacifica High School 2020-2023. At Pacifica, Michele helped develop a successful JV & Varsity program. She acted as Interim Head Coach for parts of her final season. 

Coach Michele is a Junior College product. She started her academic and playing career at Southwestern College in Chula Vista, CA, where she was named Academic Athlete of the year in 2016. She earned her Associate of Arts in Psychology from SWC. Following her time at Southwestern, she pursued her BA in Psychology at La Sierra University, in Riverside, CA, while also completing her playing career. Michele attained her MA in Coaching and Athletic Administration in 2019 from Concordia University Irvine.

Coach Michele is highly passionate about coaching and helping her players achieve their full potential on and off the court. She is excited to be able to be represent her city and help young women get to the next level. 

When Michele is not coaching she enjoys cooking, working out, watching sports, traveling, trying new restaurants, hanging out with her dog, Charlie, and spending time with her loved ones.
