The OC Women's and Men's XC teams will be hosting the Annual OC XC Invitational at Oxnard College on Friday, September 9th, from 9:00 am.  The Women's 5-K event has been changed to 9:00am, with the Men to follow at 10am.  

The Oxnard Women's team is led by sophomore harriers Marisol Munoz and Orivia Martinez.  Freshmen runners are Shelly Martin, Magy Rosales-Medina, Daisy Rosete, and Carla Rueda.  The team finished 3rd last week at the Moorpark College Invite, with Munoz taking the second place medal.  The Men are led by freshmen Carlos Tototzintle, Jesus Rodriguez, and Francisco Perez.

Other colleges scheduled to compete at the event are Antelope Valley, College of the Canyons, Citrus, Chaffey, Cuesta, Glendale, Mt. SAC, and Santa Monica.

Parking and attendance is free and the start and finish lines will be at the Sports Complex, on the Soccer Stadium. There will be food available at the event, with a portion of the proceeds going to the OC XC teams.
