The Condors arrived into the Southern California Championships with the women's team ranked #12 in the region and finished 11th to tie with Ventura at 289 points qualifying for the CCCAA State Championships once again!  

Marisol Muñoz led the way for the team in typical fashion to finish in 33rd place with a time of 20:08 for the 5K course.  Esther Gomez following close behind finished in 39th place with a time of 20:22.  Olivia Martinez, continuing to improve significantly throughout the season, finished in 57th place with a time of 20:49.  Araceli Rodriguez came up strong to finish in 79th place with a time of 22:12.  Evelyn Castro rounded out the team score to place 122nd with a time of 27:03.

Edgar Perez was the sole runner to represent the Condors in the men's race and finished in 89th place with a time of 22:20, but missed qualifying to the State Meet by just a few places.

The State Championships will be held on November 20th in Fresno, CA at Woodwork Park.
