Oxnard Softball battled LA Mission, but eventually fell 11-5 on Friday afternoon.

The Eagles went up 2-0, Oxnard scored two in the bottom of the 1st to tie the game 2-2. LAM scored two more in the top of two, only to see Oxnard score two of their own.

The difference in the game was the fifth inning, when OC gave up six runs, all unearned.

Oxnard managed to outhit LAMC 11-9, but that did not reflect on the scoreboard. 

Giselle Roldan continues to hit, going 3-3, plating two runs, driving in one, and smashing a double.  Charlie Holman (2-3) had a triple, scored a run, and drove one in.  Katlyn Acosta was 2-4 and scored one run.

Oxnard is back in action on March 19th, when they host Santa Monica College at 2:30.
