The Condors are turning around their season at just the right time.  After a tough loss to Cuesta College, Oxnard put up 98 points against SBCC for their first WSC win.

Oxnard held SBCC to just 35% shooting in the first half, and put up 46 points of their own.  Oxnard shot nearly 60% for the game, and had a balanced ledger by the end.

Malik Patton was seven for eight, with 17 points, Lymiere Banks had 14 points, eight rebounds, and five assists as the catalyst for OC's offense.  Jonathon Larson nearly had a double-double, with 12 points, nine boards, and six assists of his own.

"We had our best team effort on Saturday night," said coach Ron McClurkin.  "We played tough and smart and got the win."

Oxnard (1-1 WSC, 2-12 overall) is back in action on Wednesday night at Hancock College, with the tipoff scheduled for 7:00 pm.
