The Condors competed in the Western State Conference Preview Meet hosted by Glendale College at Legg Lake in South El Monte and both teams put in solid efforts all around.

In the Women's race, the Lady Condors placed 3^rd, which is the highest placing the women's team has ever achieved in Oxnard College history for the WSC Preview Meet.  Angelica Alcala once again leading the way placed 8^th with a time of 19:12 for the flat and fast 5K course.  Melody Salazar finished strong in 15^th place with a time of 20:15.  Kimberly Acosta stepped up to be the third scoring team member placed 26^th with a time of 21:34.  Not too far behind was Esther Gomez in 28^th place with a time of 21:41.  Fiona Rodriguez rounded out the team score in 32^nd with a time of 22:10.  Just behind was Laura Carmona in 33^rd with a time of 22:15.  Lesley Arenas finished in 41^st place with a time of 22:58 and just behind was Jasmine Rangel in 42^nd place with a time of 23:25.  Mayra Munguia finished in 51^st place with a time of 24:52.

In the Men's race, the Condors finished in 5^th place, but are looking to improve by championship season.  Eric Rios stepped up for the team by leading the way for 4^th place with a time of 20:13 for the fast 4 mile course.  Ricky Torres finished in 8^th place with a time of 20:29.  JD Martinez having a slight off week from his usual performances finished in 10^th place with a time of 20:39.  Jonathan Juarez put in a solid performance for himself to finish in 70^th place with a time of 25:53.  Sonny Lopez continuing to improve rounded out the team score in 78^th with a time of 28:01.  Pedro Martin finished in 81^st with a time of 31:04.
