The Condor Men's Soccer team has started hot, scoring four more goals to defeat Santa Ana College, 4-1 on Firday afternoon.
OC got two goals by freshman Angel Herrera, one by David Garcia, and a capper by Erik Lopez.
Oxnard struck quickly, taking a 1-0 lead at the 3:30 mark. Two minutes later, David Garcia got behind the defense and tucked the ball in the corner of the net for a 2-0 score. At 30:00, Herrera received an assist by Carlos Gomez to put the game out of reach.
Erik Lopez scored the fourth goal at the 66 minute-mark on another assist by Gomez.
OC will host another highly-ranked Taft squad on Wednesday at 4:00.
